Seat count is the easy part. What actually goes wrong on the day is luggage — a group of twelve arriving at a 12-seater with twelve suitcases and nowhere to put them. Every vehicle below lists what it genuinely carries, not what it theoretically seats.

Child and booster seats
Fitted before the driver sets off, so nobody is wrestling with straps at the kerb. Infant carriers, forward-facing seats and boosters — tell us the ages when you book and we will fit the right one.
£5 per seat, added to your quoted fare.
How many we can fit depends on the vehicle's anchor points. A saloon takes two and the larger vehicles take more. Add the number you need on the booking page and the vehicle list narrows to what can actually carry them.

Fleet questions
What counts as a large bag?
A standard 23kg checked suitcase, roughly 75cm tall. Cabin bags, rucksacks and pushchairs are smaller and we count them separately, so tell us both numbers.
Can a 12-seater carry 12 people and 12 suitcases?
Not with twelve large cases, no. We either add a luggage trailer or send a second vehicle alongside. This is the single most common thing groups get wrong, so we always ask for the bag count.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — infant carriers, forward-facing seats and boosters, at £5 per seat. Tell us the ages when you book so we fit the right one, and we fit it before the driver sets off.
How many child seats can one vehicle take?
It depends on the anchor points. A saloon, estate or executive car takes two; a 6 or 7-seater takes three; an 8-seater takes four; the 12-seater takes six. Enter the number you need on the booking page and the vehicle list narrows automatically.
How old are the vehicles?
Our vehicles are replaced on a rolling cycle and all hold current MOT and inspection certificates. We can send documentation for school and corporate bookings.
